I want to get ahead, but it’s also really fun to take classes during the summer.”

“My wife and kids have all been going to school at UVU; they were all having a lot of fun and learning so much and I wanted to join the fun. I was starting to get a little bored now that I’m retired so I decided to get my mind on learning and trying something new. I’m taking a math class with my son who is still in high school but taking some summer classes through UVU. Going to school has given me and my family the opportunity to do things together.”

One of the great things about going in the summer is it’s not so claustrophobic on campus. Even though the classes are more rushed because the courses are shorter, everything still feels more relaxed.”
