Reading Time: < 1 minute

The men’s distance medley team led the way for the Utah Valley track and field teams at the Mountain State Games, placing first in their event. While this was UVU’s only first-place placement at the event there were also strong showings by the Women’s Distance Medley team, who placed third as well as Maddie Beyeler, junior, who placed third in the women’s Weight Throw event with a 16.15-meter toss.

With the indoor season coming to an end we will see Utah Valley track and field next week, Feb. 18 and 19, at the WAC Indoor Championship in Albuquerque, NM where the Wolverines will look to end a great season on a high note.
