Students may be a little hesitant to give Shoga, the modern Japanese sushi bar and restaurant, a try -- many other sushi restaurants in the Orem and Provo area can leave you wanting. After having visited restaurants such as Asuka, Damae and even Happy Sumo, I am confident when I say Shoga serves the finest sushi in the valley.
