“We love playing here [at home], I think the girls really get up for our fans and our home field,” said UVU head coach Chris Lemay. “The teams in a really good spot, the chemistry is good right now and I think that is an attribute of why we’re getting the results that we’re getting.”

“We felt good in possession today, I thought that our movement off the ball allowed us to keep it. Players did well to get touches into space and try to break lines and lanes,” said UVU head coach Chris Lemay. “When we did that, opportunities to go forward opened up.”
“We’re happy with the shutout, I thought we generated a lot of opportunities,” said UVU head coach Chris Lemay. “To be honest I didn’t think we were disciplined enough in front of the goal, had opportunities that should be goals. That can come back and bite us unless we sharpen it up a little bit.”
“We had a tremendous crowd tonight on homecoming for both the women’s game and the men’s game tonight,” said UVU men’s head coach Greg Maas. “I was really excited, obviously they gave us a lot of energy and our guys love to play here on Clyde Field in front of our Den.”
“Super happy and proud of the girls that continue to just keep trying to find a way to find the back of the net,” said UVU head coach Chris Lemay. “It was probably harder than we wanted it to be, but we grinded it out and we got the result that we wanted and we’re really excited about how our non-conference segment went.”
“There were individual efforts that were good defensively, collectively we were good. Defensively you know it’s a shame to give up one and lose,” said UVU head coach Chris Lemay. “At the end of the day they’re a really good team and are ranked in the top-10 for a reason.”
“We loved the ending and we feel like we deserved it. I felt like our possession was great all night, created a lot of chances and we stayed persistent,” said UVU head coach Chris Lemay. “Juli Carter was in the right place and she was able to tuck it away, that is what she was there to do.”
