Dial M For Murder

Reading Time: < 1 minute Dial M For Murder, the play on which Alfred Hitchcock based his movie of the same name, opened March 20 at Pioneer Theater Company in Salt Lake. Murder, the story of a scheming former tennis player and his heiress wife who refuses to play the victim, was written by English playwright Frederick Knott.

Ballet West’s New Treasure

Track and Field facility being constructed

The $1.2 million project will be completed by fall 2009. It will have a 1,500 seating capacity for spectators to watch UVU’s track and field team compete.

Peace and Justice Dialogue: Genocide

Last year’s conference, discussing the topic of nuclear weapons, drew more than 1,200 attendees. This year’s dialogue will discuss genocide prevention. Four of the world’s foremost genocide scholars will come to campus (the schedule can be viewed below; details and biographical information about the speakers included).

A Season of Sequins, Flowers and Feathers

Celebrities like Mary-Kate Olsen, Nicole Richie and Rachel Bilson have been seen sporting hippie style headbands throughout the last couple of years, and this vintage style hair accessory has made it to the mainstream.
