-UVU student Mike Brown and BYU students Casen and Landon Sperry gain Internet fame with weekly YouTube shorts. Their most recent short, Lazy Jedi has been reposted on cbs.com, chicagotribune.com and huffingtonpost.com. The video has almost one million views and 6,000 YouTube subscribers.

-Classes will not be held on Monday, Feb. 20, because of Presidents Day. The day after, Tuesday classes will be canceled, and Monday classes will be held in their place.

-UVU teamed up with the Orem Library to form, The Community Writing Center which debuted Feb 10th. The Writing Center is free to the public. Orem City Library director Louise Wallace. says that they are honored to be a partner in presenting the new Community Writing Center.
