OK GLASS

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Google announced their most recent project Google Glass that has the tools and convenience of a smartphone in
a small device attached to a pair of lightweight glasses frames.

This new technology will allow users to do a variety of things like take pictures, shoot video, search the web and more with the command “Ok Glass.”

According to the Google+ page for Google Glass, the product has been designed “to share the world through your eyes … to be there when you need it, and out of your way when you don’t.”

A test run of the Glass’ system will be completed by a group Google is calling Glass Explorers. Those interested in test- ing the device submitted an application by Feb. 27, telling Google what they would do with Glass if they could test the product.

The few that were selected will be contacted soon and will be able to pre-order Glass for $1,500 and share their experience with developers.
