The power went out in several buildings on the main campus June 10 at 12:28 p.m. Affected buildings included LA, PE, SC, SLWC, WB, BA, SB and Pope Science.

The outage occured when a UVU substation breaker was tripped. Electricians rerouted power, which restored service to the buildings at 1:33 p.m.

Frank Young, associate vice president of facilities, said workers will run a diagnostic on the breaker today, June 11, to see if it needs to be replaced.
