Spring semester ended over a month ago, but Utah Valley University baseball continued their season with 11 more games to go in the month of May.

All 11 games were away, the first of which was in Colorado to face Northern Colorado for a four-game series taking three out of four games.

In Game one, Northern Colorado defeated the Wolverines by one run, but Utah Valley rallied back by taking the next three games of the series, including sweeping a double-header.

The Wolverines then traveled to Texas for a three-game series where they had three tough loses against Dallas Baptist.

UVU finished off their season in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Wolverines took away two of the four games against Hawaii. Games one and two got swept away, but UVU grabbed games three and four ending their season with a couple of wins.

UVU had four very impressive seniors that played their final games for UVU this May. Ryan Jones from Laguna Niguel, California, Jory Jensen from Providence, Utah, Josh Hinckley from West Valley City and Cole Anderson from South Jordan.

The Wolverines improved this season with one game better than their 2008 season by finishing the season at 18-35. UVU also set a school record with a .329 team batting average.
