Softball freshman Jordahn Denny was involved in an automobile accident on May 4, leaving her paralyzed and in intensive care.
Denny was traveling south near Downey, Idaho when she lost control of her vehicle, striking a semi tractor-trailer, which was also traveling south. This sent her vehicle into a roll in the median and ejected Denny from the vehicle. Denny was then transferred by air ambulance to the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

According to a Facebook group set up for her entitled “Jordahn Denny: the heart of a Champion,” Denny has been moved to a rehabilitation facility located in Denver.

Denny excelled in softball at Pocatello High School and was an all-state selection four years in a row. Denny was named Pitcher of the Year in 2008 and Player of the Year in 2009.

Donations can be made to assist with Jordahn’s medical expenses at any U.S. Bank or Wells Fargo branch in Jordahn Denny’s name.
