The Orem Institute will have a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles speak at the Institute building, though it will not be Elder Robert D. Hales, as originally advertised.

Elder Quentin L. Cook will be speaking as part of the Friday Noon Devotional series on March 4. Hales was first slated to visit, but had scheduling conflicts that prevented him from speaking.

Cook has been a member of the Twelve since the Fall of 2007. He was called as a member of the Presidency of the Seventy earlier in 2007. Previous to that calling, he was a member of the First and Second Quorum of the Seventy starting in 1996.

The talk will be held in the chapel with extra seating in the overflow and gym. Following Cook’s talk, there will be a munch and mingle in the gym.
