Sigma Alpha Lambda holds Pass It On event

Jake Davenport, president of UVU Sigma Alpha Lambda and Taylor Hullinger, former president of the club are hosting a Pass It On film screening in recognition of the second anniversary of Pass It On Day, April 25, 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Pass It On is a motivational movie which presents how action behind the attraction can make dreams come true. The Sigma Alpha Lambda club invited guest speakers who are leaders in their industry to share their success stories of applying the actions to their lives.

Guests attending the event include Scott Evans, co-creator and co-producer of Pass It On and co-founder Personal Development Magazine; along with fellow co-founders Brian Robert and Laurie Moore.

LuAn Mitchell will be the keynote speaker who is an author and radio show host. Her motivational message is of hope, faith and personal commitment to action.

Co-stars in Pass It On include John Assaraf and Reverend Michael Beckwith, co-stars of The Secret; along with Denis Waitley, the author of The Secret. Also, Mark Victor Hansen, co-creator Chicken Soup for the Soul book series; Harry Paul, author of FISH; and several other leaders offer mentorship in the film.

The event is at Center Stage in the UVU student center. At 1 p.m. the doors open followed by a welcome from the Sigma Alpha Lambda and an introduction to the film with LuAn Mitchell. The film will conclude at 4:15 with a break, and resume at 4:30 with guest speakers and panel discussions.
