Reading Time: 2 minutes Kjar and Ray Both Perform Well at Midlands Sophomore wrestlers Benjamin Kjar (125 lbs.) and Flint Ray (133 lbs.), showcased their talents at the prestigious Midlands Championships on the campus of Northwestern University Monday and Tuesday. Kjar, who is ranked 20th nationally, finished placing eighth in his weight division as he went 3-3 overall at the invitation only tournament.

The Wolverines went 2-2 over the winter break, with wins coming against Southern Utah University and Norfolk State and losses against Utah State University and Montana State.

Reading Time: < 1 minute Dec. 4 -CHILD NEGLECT – A UVU Student is credited with potentially saving the lives of three children whom were left in a vehicle, unattended, for more than a hour. The student noticed three children, ages 2, 5 and 6, in a SUV in parking lot G. The student notified UVU Police who then responded to the scene and removed the children from the locked vehicle and placed them in a warm patrol car.
