Photo by Devan Bennett Coming off a loss against Texas A&M in the nonconference finale Monday night, UVU tried to get in rhythm against the University of Missouri-Kansas City for their WAC opener Friday night, but the offense never clicked in a 3-0 loss. DeWaal brings national team experience to UVU

After recording back to back wins against Oral Roberts on Sept. 3 and Wyoming on Sept. 8 the Wolverines (3-5-0) were eager to continue their winning streak against Cal State Fullerton (5-1-2). Farnes came on as a sub in the 24th minute and wasted no time making her mark as she received the ball outside the penalty area, proceded to beat her defender and slotted the ball past the Golden Eagle’s keeper, Ryliegh Bohnenstiehl, for the match’s opening goal.
