The UVU Review is the independent student newspaper for UVU whose mission is to inform students, faculty and staff of campus and local news, entertainment, sports and opinion.
*** There are a few common questions which potential advertisers often ask before deciding to advertise with us, such as student enrollment numbers and paper circulation. To answer those questions:
• There were over 33,000 students enrolled at UVU during Fall Semester.
• The paper is printed on Mondays and is available to students, faculty and staff all week.
• We print 4,000 copies per issue.
• The papers are also available at neighboring apartment complexes.
2012 – 2013 NEWSPAPER DISPLAY AD RATES
Local Rate: $7.50 per column inch
National Rates: $9.50 per column inch
Full color Additional $100 per advertisement
Layout / Design $30/hr.
Deadline to reserve ad space is 1 week in advance (Monday for the following Monday). Ads must be sent to the above Email address (in a tif, jpg or pdf format) by the Wednesday prior to publication.
Advertisement Sizes / Prices for the UVU Review
If you contract to run the following column inches during Fall / Spring Semesters your rate is:
Up to 150 column inches – your rate is $7.50 per column inch
150 – 299 column inches – your rate is $6.00 per column inch
300 – 499 column inches – your rate is $5.75 per column inch
500 + column inches – your rate is $5.25 per column inch
Full Color = $100 additional charge / Spot color = $50 additional charge per advertisement
(A column inch measures 1.729 inches across x 1 inch down)
Pre-Printed Inserts:
1-2 Pages $80/1000 3-9 Pages $90/1000
Inserts must be delivered to Student Center Room 220 by 5 p.m. the Friday prior to insertion.
