October 20, 2012 – Weapons Offense 7:49 p.m.
I was advised that a male may show up to the dance in the Center Stage area with an air soft rifle
as part of a costume. I arrived, made contact with the male subject and had him take the air soft
gun to his car.
October 21, 2012 – Impound 1:17 p.m.
I stopped a truck for expired registration. The truck was impounded for expired registration for
the past 3 months and the owner was cited.
October 22, 2012 – Criminal Mischief 9:56 p.m.
Custodial call in a report of vandalism on the wall of the new Science Building. Officer arrived
and took a report. Someone has just written a simple math question and answer on the wall with
marker. Custodial was able to remove the marks.
October 23, 2012 – Traffic Accident – Hit and Run 6:12 p.m.
Hit and run accident occurred in the UVU roundabout. Suspect vehicle is a green compact,
probably a four door, with scraping damage to the passenger side of vehicle, female driver.
Vehicle was last seen Eastbound on College Drive.
October 24, 2012 – Mental Subject 7:18 p.m.
I was approached in the Student Center by a male and was told he just called the police about a
screaming woman. I made contact with the female subject, got her information, made sure she
was ok and sent her on her way.
