Microsoft Corporation had won the domain xboxmusic.com disputes in June at the National Arbitration Forum.

But now, two months has gone, we find that Microsoft hasn’t get the domain XboxMusic.com yet. the whois of xboxmusic.com is still the original registrant information.

We find that the domain owner had sue Microsoft to the China court, and accuse Microsoft infringed his legitimate rights.

The China court had accept the complaint.The court will adjourn the case according to the law of China.
