I don’t typically post comments on this type of columns because they’re just…opinions. But when I came across this one, I just had to say something about your attention-grabbing remark.

“For those who can’t read, my words are falling on deaf eyes.” Was this supposed to be your attempt at Seussesque writing? Tsk. Incidentally, this would be insinuating that Deaf couldn’t read. Or perhaps, you’re trying to be funny by putting a twist on this cliché, “falling on deaf ears.” If that’s the case, then it’s as ridiculous as shouting at blind ears.

Sorry, but you’re no Dr. Seuss…yet.
