We did quite an involved research paper on this very subject, including taking over 100 student surveys. We even presented solutions (including what other colleges do), and were laughed at. Or professor even gave us an A- (it would have been a perfect "A" but he said the subject matter was "boring" ... PERHAPS to him who has his employee space every morning, but NOT to those of us who had come to fisticuffs on a semi-regular basis when cheated out of our spot)! I hope at some point UVU gets their act together and realizes that if students have been complaining for ... oh ... the last 20-30 years, SOMETHING must be wrong!
