Hypocrisy has taken a new form: it’s called blogging.

No longer does someone have to limit themselves in how big of a hypocrite they can be since now the World Wide Web has given them a venue to aggressively complain about the world, and then do nothing about it.

Not all bloggers are like this, of course. There are those who simply want to have an online diary of sorts about themselves, or their dog, cat, monkey, cool inventions, interesting thoughts, poetry, the coolest clips on YouTube.

As pointless as some of these blogs may seem, the problem is when people that blog feel they are helping by writing about how we should have a greener society, fix problems in Darfur and Tibet, vote for or against something — they limit themselves in their cause by only going on about it in blog form.

If you really want to get involved in a cause, get away from just blogging about it, move away from the anonymity and security of your computer, and get out and be involved.
